How to book & cancellation policy

• The reservation is confirmed after the payment of 30% of the total amount as deposit
• The deposit can be paid online following our instructions
• The balance of the stay can be paid directly at the property
• Free cancellation policy up 14 days before the check in date with no fee
• For late cancellation and no show the deposit will be charged as a fee
• Check in: after 15.00 pm - Check out: within 10.00 am
• Pets are not allowed
• Any damage deposit will be requested

The rate includes

• Bed sheets service is provided at the arrival
• The change of bed sheets is on request with an extra supplement of € 10,00 per person per stay
• Bath towels is not included
• Bath towels can be provided with an extra supplement of € 10,00 per person per stay
• Washing machine with token available  (€ 5,00 per wash)

Beach Service

• The rate includes n.1 private beach place (1 beach umbrella + 2 sunbeds) at only 100 metres away
• First Line beach supplement is € 100,00 per week
• The private beach place place is available only in July and August
• On the other periods is available the access to the free beach
• Pets are not allowed on the private beach
