How to book & cancellation policy
- The reservation is confirmed after the payment of 30% of the total amount as deposit
- The deposit can be paid online following our instructions
- The balance of the stay can be paid directly at the property
- Free cancellation policy up 14 days before the check in date with no fee
- For late cancellation and no show the deposit will be charged as a fee
- Check in: after 15.00 pm - Check out: within 10.00 am
- Pets are not allowed
- Any damage deposit will be requested
The rate includes
- Bed sheets service is provided at the arrival
- The change of bed sheets is on request with an extra supplement of € 10,00 per person per stay
- Bath towels is not included
- Bath towels can be provided with an extra supplement of € 10,00 per person per stay
- Washing machine with token available (€ 5,00 per wash)
Beach Service
- The rate includes n.1 private beach place (1 beach umbrella + 2 sunbeds) at only 100 metres away
- First Line beach supplement is € 100,00 per week
- The private beach place place is available only in July and August
- On the other periods is available the access to the free beach
- Pets are not allowed on the private beach
